How to get over jealousy of a friend?

My Best Friend from kindergarten has everything I have ever wanted… almost, pretty much. My best friend got pregnant on accident two years ago and had a beautiful baby boy then got married to the guy. They have everything handed to them from their parents, trips to vegas, trips to georgia, a house, cars, etc. They go out and buy new laptops like every other week. They have a nice big t.v. and not one but they recently bought a second new car. They are still in school and neither work 40hr weeks. So basically tax payers are buying them their food, health care, etc. And to top it all off they came out last week that they are going to go ahead and try to have another baby, which my husband and I are desperately already trying to conceive our first. I know life is not fair, but damn, we are stable, own a mortgage, and we cant get any breaks. I try to count my blessings and know that they are in serious debt from credit cards and student loans. (but I know somehow they will weasel their way out of paying for them) that their marriage is not very good, while I got married for love, they got married bcs they had to/no one else would have them. (which makes me angry they are trying to have another baby) But it is getting to the point it is hard for me to to around them/talk to them at all. Something must be wrong with me. Is there anything I can do to get over the "green eyed monster"? I dont want to lose my friend, its not like I have friends to spare.

How can I help people get a loan?

I am in Canada and I buy and sell cars on a very small scale. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can become a "loan broker" so that I can help people get financing for a vehicle. I would like to help clients that have good, bad, or no credit get the money they need for a vehicle. Any help would be appreciated.

How to maintain your cars

Taking care of cars is one of the things that people have a problem with.  One of the reasons are cars are made so well.  They run so smoothly people have a hard time realizing they need maintenance.But just like all things here on earth you still need to take great care of it.  If you don’t you risk having more problems in the long run.So here are some of the important things that needs to be done by you to maintain the health of your car.

First of all you have to have regular tune ups.  When people bring their cars into my auto repair San Diego shop I try to emphasize this to them.Regular tune ups bring a lot of benfits to your cars.Well, obviously, it can keep all the parts in very good condition.  But it also will help you spot problems early.And just with everything else detecting early signs of problems would prevent it from worsening.When it comes to cars you should want to detect those early problems. Because once it gets hard to fix it gets expensive.

Next thing to keep in mind and do is to regularly change the oils of your car. If you don’t you will have an engine that runs bad.An engine that runs bad means a lot of problems.Failure of a smog test is one result of these problems. Whenever I have a car fail in my smog test San Diego shop a lot of times I see they never changed their oil regularly.You can also ruin your engine if you do not change oils.

Another thing you must regularly maintain are your brakes. Brakes are a part of your car that can get expensive to fix when broken.The easiest soultion would be to regularly maintain it.  So I have all my clients of my San Diego brake service make sure they maintain their brakes.

So those are some of the important reminders you must regularly do if you own a car.Regular maintenance will do your car good in the long run.
