Hi, Im a loan officer for the past few years, and Im looking to get into hard money lending. I would like some tips or info on how to get into this… I am already a mortgage broker, and have access to lenders, but I think I would need private investors as my contacts as well. Please advise- much appreciated!!
I want to buy a car but don’t know how to get a cash advance in this amount. Most of them say 00 max. Does anyone know for sure where I can get one for 00 with not so good credit?
For example, if a sales price is ,000 and the property needs ,000 in remodeling and/or repairs, at the time you purchase the home can you get a mortgage for the total amount? Or, is it typically two separate loans that you can’t get at the same time? Just looking for information on how all this works.
Also, maybe I should add — I’m speaking specifically about purchasing a foreclosed home, where the property value may be greater than the sales price.
