Loan officer looking to get into Hard Money Lending..?

Hi, Im a loan officer for the past few years, and Im looking to get into hard money lending. I would like some tips or info on how to get into this… I am already a mortgage broker, and have access to lenders, but I think I would need private investors as my contacts as well. How can I help people get a loan?

Hi all,

I am in Canada and I buy and sell cars on a very small scale. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can become a "loan broker" so that I can help people get financing for a vehicle. I would like to help clients that have good, bad, or no credit get the money they need for a vehicle. Any help would be appreciated.

I am wanting to get approved for a loan for a 300k house, but not sure what exactly to do.?

I’m a 1st time home buyer and not sure how the interest rates are right now. I understand you can go to a lender or a mortgage broker, but not really ha.

If I make 50 thousand salary right now would I be approved for a loan of 300k?
